Job Summary

As Management Accountant reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will be required to be a pivotal part of the Finance team to shape a high-performing team to support the business. The key focus of the role will be:

• Producing high-quality, timely and accurate monthly management accounts for all entities worldwide (including the UK, the Netherlands and Canada).
• Work with other departments and teams to ensure our month-end processes are accurate, fast and automated
• Present the results clearly and concisely so they can be easily understood.
• Communicating with and interpreting financial data for senior stakeholders.
• Identifying, reporting, and actioning financial issues and opportunities to improve our information and processes.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience, pitched between £50,000 - £60,000 with a hybrid working scheme and benefits including healthcare and the opportunity to participate in a short-term bonus and phantom share scheme.
