A Junior Software Tester to work within Management Information Systems, who will play a key role in establishing, developing and executing quality assurance standards in a mainly SQL Server environment.
You will be responsible for the function’s development, implementation and maintenance of manual and automated quality assurance and validation tests, as well as all test plans, test cases, test scripts and test summaries, along with clear communication of defects and result analysis.
You will ensure that no inaccurate data or defective code reaches production based on the requirements provided. The requirements will come from multiple sources including external regulators and internal teams such as compliance, tax and accounts, therefore strong communication skills are essential to the role.
This is a fast-paced environment and you should be experienced and comfortable with regular context switching and have the ability to recall information swiftly and accurately.
