Manufacturing Team Member (Picture Framing), Wall Space Picture Framers

Full time: Standard hours are 38.5 hours, Monday-Friday

Wall Space Picture Framers are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team based at our factory in Cam, Gloucestershire. This is an opportunity for someone to establish themselves within a small team and develop a career as a Picture Framer.

Wall Space is a small family Company established 30 years ago. We manufacture high quality picture frames all from our factory in Cam. Our commitment to business growth has seen Wall Space grow from a market stall to being one of the UK’s biggest manufacturers of wooden picture frames. We supply directly to retail customers online and within our Cam and Cirencester branches. We also provide frames for a number of businesses from hotel chains to gift boutiques.

As a member of our manufacturing team you will:

• Accurately cut and assemble a wide range of different picture frames, ensuring the highest quality standards are adhered to throughout the production process.
• Assist with the safe unloading of deliveries.
• Help with picking and packing customer orders.
• Support all members of our small team and be willing to learn and help out wherever needed.

The successful candidate should:

· Have previous demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, pressurised environment whilst also adhering to high quality standards

· Have excellent problem solving skills and be used to working on their own initiative when faced with challenges and obstacles

· Understand the importance of accuracy and have good attention to detail

· Thrive working in a fast paced environment and be self motivated with a thirst for knowledge

No previous framing experience is required as you will be trained by our experienced picture framers.
