Progressive is an independent market research provider, conducting research on behalf of our clients. We have a friendly and welcoming working environment, with a highly supportive and approachable management structure.

We are looking for articulate, enthusiastic candidates with an excellent telephone manner to join our team. Our telephone interviewers’ work from our Edinburgh based telephone unit located in the EH4 area.

All applicants must be computer literate with a willingness to learn. Call handling or telephony experience is desirable. Full training will be given.

Duties include:

• Calling respondents from our database
• Gain respondents' participation in a scripted interview
• Record respondents' answers accurately

Starting pay rate: real living wage + paid holidays

• We are looking for applicants particularly interested in working evenings (up to 8pm) and weekend working, as well as open to weekday working. Within these hours, shifts are flexible so on a weekly basis you can choose what days and times you work. Though, we ask all candidates are available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
