Marketing Assistant & Live Chat Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, but the successful applicant will need to be able to travel to Leicester once a month to attend team meetings and events. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness, with a particular focus on social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Operating a chat window on behalf of a wide range of businesses by referencing a knowledge base for each client
• Communicating with clients to gather information in order to answer a chat
• Building knowledge bases for clients
• Building a library of ‘canned responses’
• Assist with other marketing and business development initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and grammar
• Some knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• A keen interest in the tech/digital sector
• Great organisation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A willingness to bring new ideas and processes to the company, through independent research and passion for new advances or trends in the industry
• Must be able to travel to Leicester once a month

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
