Aareon UK are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be able to create and execute our marketing strategy effectively, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve defined goals within budget. You will have oversight of a marketing executive so the ability to coach and mentor a junior team member is essential.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years marketing experience
• Experience within the technology sector
• Well versed in digital marketing including use of social media
• Proficient with website content management systems
• Can work with Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design software
• Can interpret analytical campaign data from the marketing tech stack
• Knowledgeable and experienced in working with CRM systems and databases

Management experience and basic graphic design skills would be an advantage but not essential.
