Mechanical Supervisor

A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a commercial project based in Oxford Street. The company are a large M&E contractor who main scope of works are large commercial and industrial projects ranging from £3m - £15m M&E. They have recently won a project based in Oxford Circus which set to be completed in 2024. The company have a turnover of £100m + and are actively looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team.

Your Duties will be

• Organizing the work of all subcontractors
• Health and Safety
• Ordering of materials on site
• Giving toolbox talks
• Managing different mechanical trades
• Client progression meetings
• Completing daily reports for clients
• Producing method statements and risk assessments
• Supervisor full mechanical install including, Pipework, Plumbing, AHU, Drainage and Water treatment
• Ensuring all tasks are safe and achievable
• Send emails and walk arounds between other trade and client
• Visual inspection of test
• Overseeing water treatment engineer
• Make sure install is correct to drawings

We will consider permanent or contractor candidates £55k - £65k + Package or £280 - £300 per day.
