Who are we?

The Cinema in the Power Station is central London’s newest independent cinema located within the recently refurbished Battersea Power Station. A boutique 5 screen cinema is soon to be complimented by its Members Club – opening in June.

Who are we looking for?

Reporting to both the General Manager and Managing Director, The Members Club Manager is someone with a love of hospitality, community (and cinema of course!) and is able to hit the ground round running in forming and developing the Members Club team. As our Members Club Manager, you will using existing experience to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the Members Club restaurant, Kitchen and Bar.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Ensuring that the Club facilities are maintained to a high level
• Ensuring all Members are receiving warm, welcoming services at all times.
• Helping to coordinate functions with the Events team
• Training and motivating staff by utilising effective management and leadership techniques
• Bringing industry best practice to all areas of the Club’s activities and playing a pivotal role in delivering the Club’s operational, financial, and strategic goals

What do you need to bring with you?

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Pro-activity getting to know the local community
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to project and promote a confident and resilient attitude at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£43,543.67 per year
