MI Data Analyst

The role

• You will help inform the direction of customer contact and experience activity by providing data-based insight into customer behaviour and interactions
• Use data evaluation and statistical techniques to highlight trends, focus areas, measure changes in customer behaviour and help us understand their motivations and actions
• Identify, propose and progress improvements to existing MI solutions to continuously improve the efficiency of production and best use of technology

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics gained within a data analytics role ideally within Financial Services
• Strong experience of using visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA or another similar programming language.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively at different levels
