What you’ll do

The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at TJX, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.

As a Senior Engineer within our Enterprise Desktop and Collaboration Services (EDCS) team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence through new feature and process development within our TJX Collaboration systems. This role will be critical for the continuous improvement, feature development, and secure delivery of high business value collaboration tools at TJX. You will use your Microsoft 365 expertise to shape technical proposals, design and implement new solutions, and deliver large transformational programs for TJX.

What you’ll need

We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with technical expertise and a mindset for continuous improvement. We rethink how software and infrastructure are delivered at cloud scale, and work closely with other teams to improve key services.

Must Have's

• Strong experience of Microsoft 365 experience, including subject matter expertise in administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong Graph API and PowerShell experience automating Microsoft 365 administrative tasks and reporting.
• Strong experience leading implementation projects of Microsoft 365 workloads and new features.
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a large global organization practicing Agile project delivery

Nice to Have's (potential to upskill)

• Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements as it relates to Microsoft 365
• History of preparing and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions for support organizations that will support our product.
• Strong team player with a focus on customer experience.
