Minicab/Chauffeur Controller - Night Shift

We are currently looking for someone to join our night control team with availability to work weekends.

The Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and dynamic individual to join our award-winning team in Feltham, West London. We work with more than 400 drivers. This role will usually be between 36 and 48 hours a week and your main duties will include:

• Despatching work and dealing with driver queries
• Taking bookings and dealing with customer queries via phone, email and other forms of communication.
• Any ad-hoc duties that have been passed to you by a manager.
• Assisting other members of the Customer Service team.
• Assisting the fleet department with any duties required.

Experience

You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a Private Hire or Taxi Company.

The following skills are required for this role:

• Experience controlling in a minicab company
• Good hearing and a clear telephone voice with a confident and polite telephone manner
• The ability to work accurately under pressure
• A good standard of spoken and written English
• Good computer and keyboard skills
• Excellent customer care skills
• The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner
• Flexibility
• Awareness of confidentiality issues
• Good time-keeping and reliability

• Interpersonal skills
• Experience using platform-based computerised systems.
