Minor Works Electrician

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers now looking for a Minor Works Electrician to complete minor works/installs across their prestigious banking contract, which spans across the client's retail and corporate national portfolio.

The employer already provide maintenance works across the contract, and are now looking to become more involved on Minor Works, and so are looking to recruit a self motivated and dynamic Electrician from a Minor Works/install or Project background to drive forward completion of extra works.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Electrician, who is fully qualified and looking to gain further skills, especially becoming LV AP.

Actions will include:

• To complete minor work projects according to agreed scope of works.
• To assist in the surveying and scope development of minor works, developing Client brief into a working schedule of works.
• Support production of minor work cost plans & estimates.
• Assist the Supervision of Minor Work Project delivery, ensuring delivery against agreed scope of works.
• Management of Minor Works Team with an aim to organically grow minor works activity and team service scope.
• Support the management of Sub Contractors, ensuring suitable RAMS are in place, work efforts are delivered as procured and according to employer SSOW delivery.
• To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to employer, Client, and good practice trade standards.

We need from you:

• Full electrical qualification plus 2391

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
