We are looking for a Mixologist!
We are currently looking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver the most impressive cocktails at the highest level.
Key duties include:
- To create cocktails to the highest standards in our Offa Bar
- Be part of the creative team to design new cocktails for our seasonal menus
- Training with the team to develop cocktail knowledge
- Assist with stock takes and control of inventories
- Control wastage and manage
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience of supervising people is essential
- Ability to inspire and get the best out of people
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Immaculate personal presentation
Live in accommodation available

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
