Mobile Caretaker

Platform Property Care are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our established Caretaking team, delivering cleaning and maintaining the safety of our blocks of flats. You will be responsible for ensuring all defects and repairs are reported promptly and carrying out health and safety checks. This role also involves cleaning the communal areas of our blocks of flats.

This is a mobile role, mainly based in Malvern with travel to our different sites throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire as required so a driving licence is essential. Access to a company van will be provided.

This is a full time role working Monday – Friday with core hours of 8- 15:30.

We want somebody who has:

• A positive outlook with a flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team
• You will need a keen eye for detail and be committed to achieving high standards
• Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment undertaking cleaning and caretaking duties
• Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks
• A full driving licence

This role also requires a Basic DBS check.
