- We will always induct you to site before you start
- We will fully train you to achieve high standards during a comprehensive 6 week period
- We will visit you regularly to make sure you are happy at work – we work when you work
- We will make sure you have a fully stocked cleaning cupboard
- We will always pay you on time – and if we make a mistake with your wages, correct this immediately
- We are on call 24/7 to help you with any emergency
- We will always pay above the national minimum levels
- We will encourage you to progress if you wish to do so – all our management team have progressed within Clean Slate
