Role Overview

In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of a large portfolio of corporate clients. You’ll be maintaining relationships with senior managers and with key clients at senior/board level.

What you’ll do:

• Work with your clients to understand their health and wellbeing needs to support their employees.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets – cross selling, growing existing business and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular analysis of the performance of the portfolio and build into client discussions to manage expectations of future healthcare costs as well as seeking to identify growth opportunities.
• Agree short, medium and longer term objectives with clients and formulate account plans to deliver against objectives.
• Record all client information on CRM and ensure that all sales systems, plans and customer records are maintained and kept up to date.

What you’ll bring:

• Significant healthcare knowledge and experience
• Account Management / Sales background in businesses with a strong customer focus
• Strong negotiation skills as negotiations can be complex and require influence directly or via third parties.
• Strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a key influencer, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
• Strong health and wellbeing knowledge and experience
