We are looking for a National Brand Specialist to join our Kate Somerville Field team working across key retailer stores like Space NK, Sephora, John Lewis, and Selfridges.
- Location of the role: Field Based – Mainly London/South based, but will include some national travel
- Working hours: x40 hours per week (Including Saturdays & Sundays)
- Start: ASAP
Overview:
We are looking for a talented Brand Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support training, events and sales for Kate Somerville in key retailer stores in the London & South Area, with potential for national travel from time to time.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
- Generating sell-through via selling and training
- Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
- Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
- Conducting successful events & training for all stores in the region
- Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
- Working closely with the UK Education Manager to understand the needs of individual stores and support developing event plans to suit these.
- Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
What we are looking for:
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving
- Able to work Saturdays, and occasional Sundays when needed.
- Retail store experience essential, and experience working with luxury stores like Space NK
- 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
- Level 3 Beauty Therapist
- Strong salesperson with enthusiasm for building relationships
- Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to audience
- Hands-on approach to your work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, positive and upbeat
- Training and education experience in skincare
