Age UK has another exciting new opportunity! We are recruiting for a motivated Network Learning and Development Manager to lead on the delivery of Learning and Development for our network of local Age UK and national partners, so that they can deliver high quality services to older people in their localities. The successful candidate will support the 130+ local Age UK and local Age Cymru partners in England and Wales, as well as Age UK nationally and our national partners in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
As Network Learning and Development Manager, you’ll have a pro-active, strategic, and ambitious approach, with a strong background in learning system administration. Working as part of the Learning & Development and Wellbeing Team, you’ll identify training and development needs across the network, strategize and plan creative L&D projects to set timelines, and use your digital L&D expertise to develop and manage our online learning platform. All whilst building strong stakeholder relations across the Age UK Group, and ensuring all projects are in line with the implementation of the Age UK Network Quality Assurance Framework.

We will be actively interviewing throughout the advertising period; early application is highly recommended. First stage interviews are anticipated to take place week commencing 11th April 2023.
