Night Care Team Leader - Competitive pay rate of £11.75 - £12.50 per hour

Flexible hours including full time and part time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Alexandra House, our residential care home located a short distance from Ashley Road, the hub of Parkstone, Poole, Dorset.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

You’ll have completed an NQV3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
