Night Manager

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Night Manager who will be Responsible for the overall operation of the front office and assuming responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager / Senior Manager.

As Night Manager your key responsibilities include:

• To act as first point of contact for any guest challenges and team member related issues at night.
• To be responsible for complete and accurate handover of daily events from one shift to the next.
• To supervise all aspects of front office operations and ensure that correct procedures are followed.
• To deal efficiently and courteously with any guest enquiries or complaints. Follow-up and ensure guest satisfaction and communicate issues to management.
• Responsible for the coordination of groups and conference bookings and distribution of all information related to Front Office. Supervisor or any late group arrivals and for preparation of groups arriving the following day.
• Ensure that all night procedures and night audit are completed correctly, in line with hotel policy and shift task list for night manager.
• To be familiar with all areas of night operation and supervise night team.

As a Night Manager, the essential skills required are:

• Ability to lead a team.
• Previous experience.
• Great costumer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
