The Opportunity

Working in the front office team as a Night Team Member, you are a key factor and have a big responsibility within the Hotel. Your job is to keep the Hotel running smoothly, making sure all the guests are comfortable, safe and assisting with all customers’ requests throughout the night. As a Night Team Member, you will need to make sure the hotel is running smoothly and effective. In this role you will have the ability to grow your career and give customers the best experience in staying in one of are excellent venues.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector
• Previous night working experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure
• Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
• Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
