Office Based Phone Market Researcher

WANTED: Telephone Market Research Interviewers:

RONIN is a UK-based independent market research agency and we are currently looking to recruit telephone interviewers to conduct market research surveys from our new office in central Lancaster.

No selling is involved but you will need to be well-spoken, reliable, polite and feel comfortable contacting business professionals and members of the general public to invite them to take part in confidential research studies.

Full training will be provided, flexible shift times are offered, and rates of pay start from £10.64 per hour with the opportunity to receive a bonus with your fortnightly pay, based on performance.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A persuasive phone manner, full of enthusiasm and confidence and be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
• Excellent English language skills (other languages will be required in future).
• Be punctual and enjoy talking to people!
• Available for and want flexible hours (A minimum of 20 hours a week / Maximum 40+ hours a week).
• Be available to work in central Lancaster.
• Have the right to work in the UK.

Shifts available initially from 2pm to 10pm and 9am to 5pm.

We have been established in the UK for over 20 years, but as this is a brand-new office, we’re looking for multiple people to establish RONIN’s first team of Market Researchers in Lancaster!

Positions will also become available for Supervisors, Desk Researchers and Quality Control team members. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a business that is growing both nationally, and overseas.
