Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customer service team. As the office administrator you will work closely with our customer service team to help support the day to day running of the business. Working within a team but also being able to work alone using your own initiative. Providing cover when other members of the team are out of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders
  • Responding to customer enquires (email and live chat)
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Checking of supplier invoices
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Preparing customer welcome packs
  • Assist with monthly stock checks
  • Provide cover for team members when out of the office
  • Aftersales / customer service courtesy calls
  • General admin duties

Requirements and skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to follow company procedures
