Omni Assistant - London

We are looking for an Omni Assistant to join our Nudie Jeans store in Seven Dials, London. It's a full-time permanent position, with an immediate start date. You are expected to work approximately 35 hours/week, during both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility in regards to schedule is requested.

The Omni Assistant is an in-store position, working as a Sales Assistant with extended responsibilities to support Nudie Jeans Omni services. You are a part of the retail & e-commerce team, you are considered a Brand Ambassador and must present yourself accordingly. You are responsible to educate and inform customers on our products, policies and ethos, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience through our webshop and in-store. The aim is to maximize sales and provide the best in class Nudie Jeans customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Assistants and Omni Coordinator.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Responsible for picking and packing Omni orders whilst also supporting the team with providing excellent customer service.
• Regular communication with Customer Care / Omni Coordinator.
• Work towards set goals and KPI’s.
• Provide Omni figures and relevant information at monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain an organised Omni station/materials.
• Follow defined routines and guidelines.
• Assisting with weekly deliveries
• Secure that our products are presented according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain an organised stock room.
• Knowledge in the POS system and other applications.
• Guarantee shop and common areas cleanliness.
• Maintaining in store eCommerce operations.
• Liaising with SM, SA & OC.

Starting salary for this position is £12.18 per hour and can be higher depending on previous experience in the fashion retail industry.

Our Nudie Jeans Shop in Seven Dials is the third Repair Shop in London, opened in late 2019. The design draws inspiration from the Swedish “Gillestuga”, characterized by details of fresh pine wood, brick, and twisted metal bars. Together with the metal elements on the storefront, the aesthetic of the store pays tribute to the metalwork history of beautiful Ching’s Court. The sustainable ambitions of Nudie Jeans also carry the legacy of the organic movement of Monmouth Street into the contemporary fashion presence of the area. The Seven Dials team has a range of different interests, but all share the same love for Denim.
