Online Store Administrator

The Mountain Factor is an independent retailer, based in Ambleside since 1992. We provide our customers with high quality outdoor clothing and equipment from brands including Patagonia, Fjallraven, Paramo, Icebreaker and Smartwool. We offer customers the largest range of Fjallraven in the UK.

Role overview

Being part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring our online store runs smoothly.

Duties include

• Ensure that stock information is correct at all times
• Upload images of new stock
• e-commerce merchandiser
• Dispatch of goods for web orders received
• Respond to email enquiries and phone calls from customers and suppliers
• Marketing emailed to customer database
• Social media

Skills required

• Good communication skills
• Confident and outgoing
• Effective selling skills
• Eye for detail

Hours flexible for the right candidate.

Salary includes average commission bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
