Operations Administrator

MotorSport Vision (MSV) is the UK's leading race circuit operator, with several related motorsport businesses. MSV's circuits host a number of European and national race series including GT World Challenge, World Superbikes, British Touring Cars and the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hard working individual to join the Operations team at Snetterton Circuit as our Operations Administrator. Working as part of a close-knit team, your duties will be split between working with both the Circuit Management and Operations team, duties will include:

• Administer car & bike testing
• Ensuring maximum efficiency on test days
• Building relationships with customers and race teams
• Administration support to the management team
• Co-ordinating promoted event trade site bookings
• Issuing residents passes
• Managing the driving experiences including booking instructors, and ensuring equipment is ready for the day
• Reception work, including selling merchandise, signing on test days or MSVT participants and answering phone calls
• Assist in the circuit finance duties
• General administration duties

To be successful in the role you must be / have:

• Experience using Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A full driving licence is essential
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Flexible in the hours / days you are able to work around the needs of our events
• Prepared to go the extra mile in order to give our customers a world class experience
• A basic understanding of social media

This role will require you to work a rota pattern that includes early morning, evening and weekend shifts due to the needs of our events. A full driving licence is essential both to get to the circuit and for travelling to different areas across the site.
