Our Executive Support manager is looking for a hardworking and diligent OpEx Coordinator to support the Operation Excellence team. This opportunity will be offered on a hybrid basis between home working and office based and due to this we can be flexible as to where this role is based.

As our OpEx Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to ensure that OPEX administrative processes are maintained to a standard of excellence and operated in line with company policy.

This role will cover the our Network of Depots and our Central departments and support senior managers on The OPEX support team including external providers.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

• To act on behalf of all OpEx teams to collect all data and information required for the DMAIC process.
• Provide support in interpreting reports, data and trends
• Providing administration support to the Project training team
• Providing main point of contact for all Project candidates
• Planning and execution of Annual Awards as well as evening dinner, including sourcing venue, co-ordinating invites and agenda for the day and ensuring smooth running of event
• Creating Keynote Presentations as and when required for meetings
• Ensuring any day-to-day/ weekly/Monthly reporting for the OPEX team is dealt with in a timely and effective manner
• Accurately recording any purchase orders, processing and coding of invoices for external resource
• Liaising with our credit and billing department to resolve any queries
• Maintaining personnel and training records as they refer to OPEX training
• Full diary management of Project training and meeting dates
• Accurately keeping track of and booking meeting rooms, hotels and lunches as required
• Any secretarial duties, including typing confidential documents and letters
• Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team

To be considered for this role you must have previous administration experience ideally gained within a dynamic fast paced organisation whilst operating with integrity, confidentiality and discretion.

Working in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace will be key to your success. Outstanding organisational and planning skills are essential in this role. In addition, we’ll also expect you to have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise your workload
• Working in a timely and professional manner
• Strong IT skills -knowledge of G Suite /Keynote would be advantageous
