Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing global software company, based in London. In this high-profile role within the business, you will be working across sales, finance, and operations and will report directly to our Finance Director.

The Role

In this high-profile role within the business, you will be working across sales, finance, and operations and will report directly to our Finance Director.

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with an appreciation for business and data. You will be an excellent communicator who can be a strong business partner whilst taking ownership of a range of processes and operations.

Responsibilities

• Control of order to cash process.​
• Supporting sales management to manage CRM system (Hubspot & SharpCloud).​
• Liaising with Accounting and Sales Team to manage standard renewal quotations.​
• Recordkeeping responsibilities including sales reports, subscription records, and customer contracts.​
• Responsible for the efficient handling and processing of sales orders (order confirmations, invoicing, subscription activation).​
• Manage various payment systems (Stripe, Paypal).​
• Planning and logistics for meetings. ​
• Adhoc analysis and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• University degree preferred. ​
• Excellent organization skills, strong numeracy, and attention to detail. ​
• Experience working in a SaaS business preferred. ​
• A good sense of humour is always welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,241.89-£38,901.69 per year
