Key Responsibilities:
Support, implement and shape the industry’s premier operations
Become an expert at organising transport, documentation, finance and compliance for agreed deals from the TrueCircle platform for recycled materials
Build out world-class customer support to provide a magical & seamless customer experience
Nurture our global supplier relationships; we want to be our suppliers' favourite customer
Collaborate with Product teams to improve & optimise our logistics processes
Requirements:
Understanding of operations; gained through previous experience which can include working directly for a Freight Forwarder or a transport provider, or for a broader Operations team
Strong attention to detail, and eye for errors and omissions
Proactive, able to use their own initiative to drive projects and process improvements
Keen to work in an unstructured and dynamic environment to transform the recycling industry with technology
