Operations Manager

A+C are a leading animation studio based in Margate by the seaside. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our 5-year business strategy. The role will be perfect for an experienced Operations Manager who will be ambitious about spearheading a creative studio and the business's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for administering projects, seeking opportunities and supporting growth plans to ensure the future smooth running of our operations

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

• Implementing new systems and overseeing the entire operational rollout to support business development and growth.
• Oversee the operations of the business and have a direct impact on creating change.
• Attending or chairing internal and external development meetings where necessary
• Research and development of funding opportunities for the studio
• Checking projects are on track to hit target KPIs and report this to the Director
• Act as an escalation point and solution provider for all operational challenges within the studio relating to resource, finance and priorities

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Self-sufficient and able to use their initiative
• Ideally, a background in creative agencies
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and personable
• Project management experience
• Excellent writing, proofreading, editing and research skills.
• Excellent financial literacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
