Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. The role will see you managing the co-ordination of multiple departments to ensure the efficient production of product for dispatch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communications between all departments and the MD
• Implementation and continuous improvement of operating procedures and processes
• To ensure a streamlined and efficient operation
• To action the requirements and needs of departments to ensure they are fully operational.
• Schedule the production of orders to fulfil clients requirements.
• To ensure high standards and leadership
• To monitor department KPI’s

About You:

Essential skills and experience

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Approachable with good leadership qualities and the ability to provide direction.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with a multi department operation – Engineering
• Experience with data processing and analysis
