Operations Manager

Critically acclaimed and award-winning José Pizarro restaurant group is seeking for an Operations Manager to support and lead our talented, and dynamic team in our UK operation.

Led by Chef José Pizarro, widely known as the Godfather of Spanish food in the UK, and who counts in his repertoire with 5 Restaurants in UK, One in Abu Dhabi.

Now in its 13th year of operation, our dynamic company is always developing whilst keeping each site unique. Our restaurants are fast-paced, friendly, and professional. We serve simple and honest Spanish food, made with passion and only with the best quality ingredients.

Applicant requirements:

Applicant must be eligible to work full time in the UK and:

Minimum of two years of experience as an Operation Manager or similar roles.

Possesses the confidence to deliver brand standards of business within a multi-site environment.

Excellent Costumers Service skills.

Possess good communication skills.

Stock /inventory knowledge

Wine and Spirits Knowledge

Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.

Have an enthusiastic, professional, and exemplary attitude and conduct.

Attention to detail.

The role is very hands-on and requires someone passionate and proactive.

Please note that we have a 7-day operation.
