Based in North Weald, Epping, Essex we are now recruiting packers for our manufacturing department to meet demand.
No prior experience necessary as on the job training will be given. Candidates should be familiar with working in a manufacturing environment and have an awareness of health and safety within a continuous processing facility.

The Role
On the job training will be provided for all new candidates to meet the company training plan covering all aspects of the day-to-day operation. The main areas will cover;
· Packing – packing finished product onto pallets
Specific Responsibilities:
· Follow all safety procedures
· Assisting with setting up and job changes
· Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation
· Packing Finished Product
· Conducting visual Quality Inspections
· Meeting Performance Targets
· Meeting Quality Targets
· Training and Development – meeting the training plan for the task
Candidates should be within daily commuting distance of North Weald, Epping Essex, due to the location of the business it is “essential you have your own transport”
Candidates should be physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
Prior experience in a paper/board packaging company or experience of manufacturing cardboard products will be a distinct advantage
Candidates in possession of a full UK drivers’ licence, Forklift Certificate or First Aid certificate will be at an advantage
Schedule: 7am – 5:30pm, plus voluntary wk/end overtime
Holidays: All statutory UK holidays, plus 20 days
