Role

We are actively looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our busy Marketing & Proposition team for the summer! This team covers all aspects of Marketing for Endsleigh including; social media, content, campaigns, customer proposition, customer insight, design and planning, to name a few.

The role of Marketing Assistant will cover a multitude of areas across our Marketing team including supporting the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant in delivering effective and insight driven marketing plans & campaigns with appropriate customer propositions across all products.

You’ll have the opportunity to express your ideas and opinions on campaigns and initiatives that will deliver real-world results in our core markets of Not-for-profit, Education and Student.

Key accountabilities will include:

• With oversight from the Head of Marketing, responsible for developing and delivering end to end marketing campaigns across all products from conception to execution and post campaign analysis, applying learning into future activities
• In collaboration with Product owners fully understand the role of channel and capability using strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of campaigns through all channels - adjusting tactics where appropriate.
• Working with Digital, content and print, ensure all marketing plans and campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
• Ensuring the Endsleigh brand and tone of voice is consistent across all channels and collateral including a smart standardisation approach to partnership marketing activation
• Reach outside the organisation to inject a new way of thinking, acting and engaging with customers to drive differentiation and customer preference within core target segments
• Management of in-house and external studio/agency priorities ensuring value is delivered against the brief.
• Work closely with business partners to ensure maximum coverage and awareness of our propositions.

Person

We are looking for someone who has a good theoretical understanding of marketing and who has a “can-do”, entrepreneurial spirit and opportunity led problem solving capability.

• Marketing knowledge and understanding of best practice across a variety of channels
• High level of customer focus and understanding of customer needs
• Excellent track record of building positive relationships at all levels.
• High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent time management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to communicate effectively with internal team members and others across the business.
