The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating files, collaborating with clients and other attorneys as well as performing legal research. In addition, the successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast-paced environment and be proficient using Microsoft Office. A strong background in law (preferably corporate law) is required, as is experience with court proceedings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
