We can offer you

• 35-37.5 hours a week as per rota, including mornings, evenings and alternative weekends

Day to day CAREGiver responsibilities can include:

• Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.
• evening routines before they go to bed
• Meal preparation and light house work
• Accompanying your client to appointments
• Companionship/providing company/going shopping/accopany to day centres or places of interest,
• Encouraging interests and hobbies

Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across Medway towns and surrounding areas to provide high-quality care at home services to the elderly & vulnerable within your community.

We are looking for individuals to join our care family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated, kind-hearted with a great big smile to brighten everyone's day.

Your role is to travel throughout the community, visiting the same clients on a weekly basis to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship. Build fantastic relationships with clients and families and watch them thrive independently within their own homes.

Everyone has to start somewhere so NO previous care experience is required, full training and ongoing support is provided to all staff members.

The Role:

• Travel throughout the Medway area delivering care at home services including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship
• 1 hour or longer with every client, visit the same clients at the same times every week!
• Pay rates of £10.80-11.30 per hour + mileage contribution
• Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business area's
• Free NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification (within first 5 years)

Hours of Work:

7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm

Terms and conditions - £100 for working 25 hours a week including evenings and alternate weekends, half of the Joining Bonus are paid at end of month 3 and then month 6 after joining, must be a driver with access to their own car. The joining bonus will be recoverable if you leave our company before 6 months. This offer is valid for applications received by 31st January 2022
