DRIVERS REQUIRED FOR HOME TO SCHOOL TRANSPORT - no experience needed. We also have a requirement for Passenger Assistants.

24x7 Group is a family - owned business that have been providing Home to School Transport since 2001. Due to continued growth and business expansion and with the increased demand from County Councils, we are pleased to be able to offer opportunities nationwide on a part time but permanent basis.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday usually mornings and afternoons during term times. Your day will normally be starting in time to complete a school run in the morning and again in the afternoon. Our minimum working hours are 12.5 hours per week with some routes exceeding 25 hours (average 18 hours per week subject to the route you are allocated).

Job Role

• Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
• To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the Company
• To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers / parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.
• To make yourself available both am and pm on school days.
• This is a part time but permanent position.

Driver Requirements

• A valid Full UK driving licence
• Be able to drive a company supplied vehicle which ranges from cars, eight-seater people carriers and larger wheelchair accessible vehicles (all can be driven on a car licence)
• There is no previous experience needed as training provided.
• Vehicle to be kept in a safe and convenient location
• Pass a Group 2 Medical
• You will be criminal record checked.
• A friendly and positive attitude, enjoy working with children and be reliable.
