Do you have what it takes to join us? The Pastoral Manager we would like to join us will be:

• Experienced in working with children and young people in schools.
• Committed to building effective relationships with parents and students to support behavioural improvements.
• Able to liaise with external agencies as well as internal staff and teams.
• Committed to their own professional development.
• An excellent communicator and able to deal sensitively with difficult situations.
