Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the management and transformation of the Gastroenterology services at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital. This is a fast paced, complex role and we are looking for a pathway manager who can help drive and support the service, helping to achieve key national targets.

We are seeking a driven, energetic individual to help implement the improvement plans for Gastroenterology and work closely with clinical and operational teams to develop new ways of working.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate that you can lead and motivate a team. You will need to liaise with patients, clinicians and managers within the Trust and at external organisations. Time management skills are also essential as you will need to balance the demands of a very busy workload.
