Patient Advisor

We are a fiendly, forward thinking GP in the North of Sheffield, we operate over 2 sites in Sheffield 5.

We are looking for a flexible, hard working Patient Advisor with strong customer service skills to join our existing team.

Experience of Primary Care is preferred but not essential.

The right candidate will support in the daily administration function of the practice,care navigate our patients to the most appropriate service, process medication requests and incoming medical documentation.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week

Salary: £9.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sheffield, S5 8GS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
