This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest and most innovative GP Federations in England. We support 10 Primary Care Networks covering a population of over 425,000. Historically we have set up new ways of working in areas such as Diabetes, CKD, Mental Health, Prescription Management etc. These services have received local and national recognition via Primary Care awards, HSJ award finalists and a CQC outstanding rating for one of our flagship services.
From the PCNs we support there is a growing demand for the rollout of the national PCN additional roles, Paramedics being one of these roles. SDSmyhealthcare is looking to recruit a team of Paramedics who will work within our Primary Care Networks.

The successful candidates will join an innovative thinking and growing Multi-Disciplinary team providing excellent service to our most vulnerable patients. We are seeking individuals who will focus their skills on providing a specialist Paramedic resource for health care professionals and service users, working in collaboration with other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team. The post holder will work within the surgery, as an autonomous, accountable Paramedic, in the provision of a holistic approach for individuals including assessment, diagnosis and treatment to deliver quality patient services.
Salary: Depending on experience

The Paramedic is authorised to undertake treatments and procedures as directed by the GPs for which they are trained in, and which are within the College of Paramedic Guidelines and in line with the HCPC standards framework.
