Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2023. We’re launching our first UK boutique hotel property and looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team and successfully bring our brand to a new market.
Opening in Q3 of 2023, the property will be located in Devonshire Square and will include 91 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, a gym, The Cover members’ club and a cocktail bar. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighborhoods.
As People & Culture Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our employee brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, and creating surprising experiences for our team members and guests every step of the way.
You will also ensure a timely opening within budget while overseeing the recruitment of key positions to build a strong team. After the opening, you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee experience to ensure we provide work that sparks real connections, and enable people to do their best work.
In addition to your hospitality experience, you bring a warm and positive attitude, ready-to-roll up your sleeves and get things done, and be willing to go the extra mile for your guests and the team. You understand that opening a new hotel is challenging, but with a deep passion for the industry, a strong sense of self-confidence and a flexible and open mind, you'll thrive.
