Perfume Shop Assistant - Nicolaï Stores

Sores Opening hours are 10:00AM to 6:30PM from Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 6:00PM, on Sunday.

You'll be requested to work 40 hours, 5 days a week.

Your place of work is the Company’s premises located in 101A Fulham Road SW3 6RH London, and at 9 New Quebec Street, London, W1 7RL. However, you will also be required to work at any other Company premises within reasonable travelling distance of your home. During the course of your employment you shall also be required to work at various premises belonging to the Company’s customers.

Created in 1989 by Patricia de Nicolaï and her husband, NICOLAÏ Perfumer-Creator is one of the French perfume jewels with one of the largest and richest collections of perfumes and home fragrances. Among them: Patchouli Intense, New York or Maharajah and La Route du Cèdre are already listed as great timeless creations.
NICOLAÏ Parfumeur-Créateur is today more than ever one of the few totally independent and family brands where all fragrances are created internally, and where all the manufacturing is done in their own workshops, near Orléans.
The distribution of the brand is based on a network of 9 exclusive boutiques belonging to the brand, 7 in Paris and 2 in London. For the rest of the world, the brand is present trough the most prestigious retailers.
Axel de Nicolai (son of Patricia de Nicolaï) has joined the adventure since 2014 and took over the management of the brand. He puts a lot of effort in maintaining the spirit of family work with an excellent team atmosphere.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a brand ambassador your key role is to know and cultivate the relationship with existing and potential customers. You fully represent the values of the brand, so it is important to explain to each customer the unique way the brand carries out its projects.

YOUR MISSIONS
As a Sales Consultant, you will make sure that our customers get the best experience while discovering our products and the Nicolai philosophy.

You will be working in our two stores and you will make sure that the stores show the level of excellence of the Nicolaï brand.

You guarantee that cashier procedures are scrupulously applied.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have experience in the Retail sector (ideally in the cosmetics sector).
• You ensure the stores opening during the working hours.
• You have real communication and sales skills.
• You are fluent in English. French or other languages are a plus.
• You need to dress in a classical manner and give a good image of the brand.
• You are looking for excellence in your professional activities.
• You ensure that all products are presented/displayed to their best advantage, following guidelines.
• You prove an understanding or experience of working towards targets.
• You ensure that the store iPADs are working properly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
