Personal Assistant

We have a current opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant on a temporary basis for a duration of 3 months in the first instance. The position will be based in Glasgow City Centre with 1 day required to be office based and the rest can be remote. Hours of work are Mon-Fri and the pay rate will be between 16-17.50 per hour.

The start date is ASAP and some duties will include:

• Proactive management of Director and Deputy Director diaries, effectively dealing with diary clashes and attending diary meetings to understand the priorities.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the Directorate to provide a wide range of logistical and administrative support.
• Deal with all incoming emails, correspondence, letters, briefing papers and flag urgent items.
• Arrange all travel and process expenses.
• Work collaboratively with other PAs across the Directorate, providing cover for your directorate's PAs and Senior PA where required.
