Personal Assistant

A vacancy has arisen within the Operations Directorate for a Band 4 Personal Assistant to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer.

We are seeking an efficient individual with strong administration, organisational and communication skills who can provide a professional PA service. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including regular minuting of meetings, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Recent NHS experience in a PA type role is desirable.

The post holder will work closely with and provide support to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer.
