Bosco is a modern pizzeria with an emphasis on informal, casual dining, drawing influences from New York to Naples.

The style of cooking at Bosco is simple, seasonal and ingredient lead, with weekly imports from Italian markets.

All candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented with a passion and understanding of the industry.

Our busy Bristol based pizzeria are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team. If you are excited by, and have experience in working in a faced paced, busy environment, with fresh produce prepared to a high standard then please continue.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is currently fulfilling a Pizza Chef role currently, or someone who is ready to take the next step forward in their career. Experience is a must, we love to nurture and train at Bosco, but at least 2 years experience in a full time position will be required, as well as -

• Good hand stretched pizza skills
• A good understanding of wood fired ovens
• A good understanding of food hygiene
• Receive and implement instruction well
• Be able to interface appropriately with customers
• Have at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen at a full time capacity
• A willingness to learn and adapt
