Pizza Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for pizzaiolos and senior pizzaiolos to join our popular, fast paced, award winning restaurants.

We pride ourselves on being leaders of pizza so we are looking for skilled, passionate individuals with positive attitude who can bring creativity and enthusiasm.

(in short) Our ideal Pizzaiolo would have:

* The ability to perform pizza duties without supervision;

* Must have an eye for detail, preparing all pizzas to perfection by using the correct weights, measures and resting time;

* Ready and willing to roll their sleeves up;

* Flexible and have the ability to work well under pressure;

* Humble and friendly towards their colleagues and guest;

* Passionate about the development and growth of themselves and their team members, always encouraging strong communication, sharing knowledge and best practice;

* Have the ability to read and wright in English to a good level;

* Hold a basic food hygiene level 2 certificate as a minimum
