We are looking for a Pizzaiolo at Honest Crust Sourdough Pizza, to work across our two Macclesfield sites, Picturedrome and The Depot.

We make seasonal sourdough pizza with outstanding ingredients, rooted in the North West of England. 48 hour proven dough, made daily in our depot is delivered to each of our sites along with top quality ingredients from local market gardens and butchers. We encourage staff input for new pizzas, salads and side dishes so come and help us serve happy people good food.

Brief Job Description

• Learning how to use our wood fired oven.
• Learning how to make our planet-saving dough and topping with the very best ingredients.
• Serving customers in a busy team environment.
• Preparing ingredients for service, as well as our seasonal salads and side dishes that we put out every day.
• Dough preparation.
