Plant Nursery Worker

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a plant nursery worker to join our small team based in Borehamwood, North London.

The position will involve:

· Working Monday – Friday 08:00 – 1700 (Overtime available)

· Working well on your own as well as part of a team

· Manual lifting is involved as some plants weigh over 25kg

· Potting of plants

· Weeding

· Watering and general maintenance of plants

· Loading vehicles

· Unloading vehicles

· Labelling and passporting plants

· Driving a telehandler and loader forklifts (Full training will be provided)

The ideal candidate

· Be able to adapt well to the diversity of the role.

· Be able to work well on your own as well as part of an established team.

· Have and interest in horticulture and the outdoors.

· Experience in driving forklifts.
