Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for 2 Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join our large, professional Trades team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs, improvements and new building works, both for Raven properties and other customers, including commercial work. Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking both responsive and planned maintenance plumbing services with a strong customer focus.
• Working as an individual or as part of a team on a range of building maintenance work from minor repairs to larger one-off projects.
• Stocking/maintaining a works vehicle and using our online scheduling system and hand-held devices.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• City & Guilds/NVQ trade qualification or appropriate experience in a plumbing-related trade.
• Competency in all aspects of plumbing, plus other construction trades.
• Experience of working as a trades operative in a strongly customer focused environment.
• Ability to use modern communication technology and IT, plus a full driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
